Realizing the increased market demand for a quality installer of gypsum concrete underlayments, Highlander Gypsum Floors chose to install the premier line of FIRM-FILL Gypsum Concretes and GYP-SPAN Radiant supplied by Hacker Industries, Inc. in new construction, renovation and repair projects throughout Western Colorado.

For the past 20 years, Highlander Gypsum Floors owned a concrete pump business in Aspen Roaring Fork Valley that was sold when owner Rodger Blackard saw a need for gypsum products that was not being met. "Since joining Hacker Industries, our business has grown very well and we expect to see a 50 percent growth rate in 2003."
