The skyline of Buckhead, Georgia, a high-profile business and residential area located 10 minutes outside of Atlanta, has been embellished with the addition of 300 Park Avenue. The 42 story building, making a striking statement for luxury housing, was designed for condominiums, with prices listed from $300,000 to over 1 million dollars.
A large contribution to the success of this structure can be attributed to Construction Systems, a Licensed Applicator of Hacker Industries, Inc. Working closely with the General Contractor, Gilbane Building Company, Construction Systems poured over 30,000 square feet of FIRM-FILL® High Strength over the existing concrete slab, to alleviate problem areas that were not level, which were found on multiple floors of the building. The placement of FIRM-FILL® High Strength in the structure facilitated the installation of finished floor goods ranging from carpet and ceramic tile, to hardwood.
