Park Avenue Apartments at MetroWest - Orlando, FL

One of the greatest draws to small town living is the close proximity of shops, restaurants, recreational sites and friendly neighbors, fostering an easy approach to everyday life that allows for more relaxed, happier people. The plans for Park Avenue Apartments at MetroWest, a $65 million luxury housing development in Orlando, Florida, were designed specifically to recreate this small town atmosphere in the midst of a sprawling metropolis. The architecture reflects a "community within a community" trend in multi-family housing, providing exceptional amenities that allow residents to live, dine, play, work out and conduct business without leaving the complex.

Miller, Miller & Mac, Inc., a Licensed Applicator of Hacker Floor Underlayments contributed to the development of this project by pouring 158,000 square feet of FIRM-FILL® Gypsum Concrete in various areas of the 59 building, 743 unit complex. Plans call for another 357,481 square feet to be installed before the scheduled date of completion in September 2001.
