Level-Tech Systems, Inc., an Ohio based construction company specializing in floor underlayments, joined Hacker Industries, Inc.'s national network of trained, Licensed Applicators in 2000. Level-Tech Systems, Inc. provides floor underlayment services to Northeast Ohio including Greater Columbus, Toledo and Cleveland.

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry and 12 years working with cementitious underlayments, owner Scott Heylock has completed extensive training in self-leveling underlayments, radiant heating floor design and laser leveling. Knowing early on that his career focus would be in the construction industry, Heylock proved that being well prepared is the foundation for success. He received his Bachelor of Construction Technology at the University of Akron, graduating magna cum laude and his MBA with honors at Kent State University.

Heylock chose to become a Licensed Applicator of Hacker Industries because he believes in "the excellent product quality of FIRM-FILL Gypsum Concretes and the dealer support offered by Hacker Industries, Inc. We have installed Hacker Floor Underlayments in structures ranging from new baseball stadiums to multi-family housing projects." With Level-Tech Systems alliance with Hacker Industries, Heylock and his staff combine decorative concrete overlays and self-leveling cement services with installation of the full line of Hacker Floor Underlayments.
