The first Licensed Applicator of Hacker Industries, Inc., Aerolite Construction Company has been pouring FIRM-FILL Gypsum Concretes and GYP-SPAN Radiant in structures ranging from multi-family housing, custom homes, commercial buildings to hotels throughout Northern California for nearly 20 years.

An integral part of the cementitious floor underlayment market for nearly 30 years, Gary Craig, President of Aerolite Construction Company, feels the secret to their success and longevity stems from their belief in the quality of Hacker Floor Underlayments, their fair pricing and unwavering dedication to service.

Since 1983, notable structures such as the Juliana Hotel on Nob Hill, overlooking Union Square in San Francisco, have received an expert application of Hacker Floor Underlayments. Aerolite Construction Company was also featured on an episode of "This Old House," performing an installation of GYP-SPAN Radiant over radiant tubing.

Another area of Gary Craig's expertise lies in sound control. Since 1970, he has been involved in sound control in floor/ceiling assemblies. Along with Wes Hacker, President of Hacker Industries, Inc., he was a pioneer in the development of sound control improvement with the use of poured floor underlayments.
